How long is the Premises license valid?

Once granted a location license, it will be valid indefinitely. However, your license may become invalid if:

is revoked for violation of the regulations set out in the Act 2003
the license holder becomes bankrupt
the authorities choose to suspend the license.

Can I import alcohol without an “Import License”?
