Once you have received your license, it is valid indefinitely from the date it was issued and will only become invalid if it is revoked or suspended by the authorities.

Once you have been granted a premises licence, it will be valid indefinitely. However, your licence may become invalid if:

  • is revoked for violating the regulations set out in the Licensing Act 2003
  • the license holder becomes bankrupt
  • the license is suspended by the authorities
  • between Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) or the Isle of Man and any other country (including the EU)
