If I have not earned income but I have UTR, do I have to submit the year closure (Tax Return)?
Yes. The Tax return return must be submitted if you are registered with the UTR, regardless of whether or not you obtain income during the financial year.
If I worked in construction and earned income from other activities on my own, do I have to file the Tax Return?
Yes.
If I am a company director, do I have to file the year closure (Tax Return)?
Yes. As a company director, you have the duty to declare your income from salaries and dividends correctly and on time.
If I worked for the "Umbrella" type agencies, do I have to submit the year closure (Tax Return)?
Yes.
If I have been an employee and I have P60, P45 but I also have UTR and I have not earned income as a Self-Employed, I have to file the year closure (Tax Return?)
Yes.
If I have UTR and I have worked all year as an employee, do I have to submit the year closure (Tax Return)?
If you have a UTR but have not announced in advance that you are no longer working as a Self-Employed, you must submit the declaration for the year-end.
I don't have a UTR, I only work as an employee and I receive payslips. Do I have to submit year-end declarations?
No. Just check if you can qualify for the Tax Rebate.
